For weddings and events over fifty people we require a $500.00 deposit to hold your date with 50% of the remaining balance due forty-five days prior to the event and the full balance paid by fourteen days prior to the event. Two weeks prior to the event, once your RSVP’s are received, we will add or reduce your numbers to reflect the total meals needed. A gratuity is not added to your invoice but is always appreciated if you are happy with your service. As your event date approaches we are happy to schedule a tasting for you. The cost for a tasting is $75.00, feeds 4 people (usually the bride, groom, and both mothers), and allows for three entrees, and five sides. We always bring this meal to you in the setting of your choice so that you can enjoy your tasting as your dinner for the evening, giving you a chance to ask questions about each item and ultimately make your final menu choices.
Our final guarantee is this: We will meet or beat any written estimate that you receive from any of our competitors if you will give us the opportunity to do so.
