Ordering Information
For the best service, we ask that you please place all orders at least two days in advance. We will do our best to fill all orders that do not meet these guidelines, but we cannot always promise availability. We understand business and are happy to accommodate your spur of the moment orders whenever possible.
Ordering Guidelines
- $18 In-Town Delivery Fee
- $25 plus mileage Out-of-Town Delivery Fee
- $15 after 5pm Delivery Fee (unless otherwise indicated)
- We require a minimum order of 10 people
- Pricing is based on a per person or per item charge & subject to change without notice.
- The prices listed do not include sales tax or delivery charge.
- Orders are confirmed by telephone or e-mail prior to the event. Call if you have not heard from us!!
Daily Corporate Cancellation Policy
- Same day cancellations will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Delivery, Pick Up and Equipment
- For an event requiring staff or exceeding 75 people, a nonrefundable deposit of 25% is required.
- Weddings and large events require a 25% non-refundable deposit with 50% remainder due 60 days prior to the event and the final balance due two weeks prior to the event.
- Condiments are included with iced tea and coffee.
Nut Allergy Disclaimer
- While many of our baked goods and menu items do not have nuts as a main ingredient, there may be traces of nuts & or nut oil present, even if the description and/or menu item does not specify nuts as an ingredient.
